The Department of Broadband, Communications and Digital Economy in conjunction with the Australian Library and Information Association have recently released the CyberSafety Help Button, providing Internet users, particularly children and young people, easy access to cybersafety information and assistance. The button is a free application that is easily downloaded onto personal, school and library computers. It provides help and advice on a range of online risks including cyberbullying, unwanted contact, scams and fraud, and offesive or inappropriate material. The button can be downloaded from the Department of Broadband, Communcations and Digital Economy website, here.
